Since the reopening of this location in January 2004, culture and events have a new home in the region. As the cultural center of the city and the surrounding area, the house is open to all interested parties.

In the large concert hall there are excellent spatial and technical conditions for events of all kinds. Multifunctional room design and the most modern equipment set the perfect framework for demanding concerts and events, conferences, meetings or congresses.

- 450 pax (row seating, 836 incl. Small Hall and Galery)
- 444 pax (table seating)
- 240 pax (round tables)
- 135 pax (parliamentary seating)
Stage: 90m² (expandable to 160m²)
