Dairy @ Fringe Club

The only jazz and cabaret space in Hong Kong. Designed for shows that require an intimate and simple staging. There are musical instruments in place, i.e. a baby grand piano and drum kit. It seats about 80 people or up to 150 standing room. There is an end bar that serves drinks. The interior retains some of the original features -- the 1913 tiled floor, tall windows with wooden shutters, overhead fans -- at the time when it served as the old Dairy Farm front shop, selling milk and ice cream over the counter.
