It is located on De Berenpan, a private property of 4.5 hectares on the edge of the forest in Bilthoven, near Utrecht.De Grote Schuur's main space is suitable for rehearsals, with a piano or without a piano if you don't need the piano.

The façade opens onto a large terrace, facing north giving a view of the garden.
The surrounding property contains a swimming pool (May to mid-October), a gravel tennis court, space for a campfire, and facilities for sports and games in between making music!
