Total cancellation can take place no later than 6 weeks before the start of the meeting without any charge. In case of cancellation later than 6 weeks before the event, the customer must cover 50 % of the premises rent and envelope price. In case of cancellation later than 2 weeks before the event, customer must fully replace the event. If the number of participants deviates by more than 20% 2 weeks before the event, this will be charged. Cancellation must be made in writing. Payment: 14 days before net
