I am a classical pianist and vocal coach who built this space with my husband, a sound engineer, to work and play. It includes a concert Fazioli grand, accordion and e-piano on request as well as recording equipment (can be booked at additional cost), loads of scores, music stands and several chairs.
It is on the ground floor of the building, and does not have a bathroom or running water but is spacious and very well lit with 3 meter high ceilings and a great atmosphere. Most people just want the grand piano to practice / rehearse, so if you need the stage piano or accordion, or intend to do professional recording please let me know in advance.
To access, call when arriving. My personal apartment is on the second floor of the building (buzzer/apartment 10), you can also ring there, and if I am home my toilet and coffee machine are yours to enjoy :-)
It is a ten minute stroll to the Hauptbahnhof from the apartment, and a five minute walk to the Belvedere palace and botanical gardens.
Please remove shoes, no beverages of any kind on the piano. Other than that, do make yourself at home.
