Head Studios – Space Rules
To ensure a professional and enjoyable experience for everyone, please observe the following rules:
Bookings and timing: Please arrive and leave at the agreed times. Any extension must be arranged in advance.
Equipment: Handle all instruments, audio equipment and furniture with care. Do not move or disconnect equipment without permission.
Cleanliness: Leave the space as you found it and put away any items you have used.
Number of guests: Only the number of people agreed upon in the booking may enter the studio.
Noise: Please respect the agreed schedule and any instructions regarding volume levels and room use.
Smoking and substances: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. Any behaviour that may compromise the safety of people or equipment is prohibited.
Damage: Please report any damage or equipment malfunction to the studio contact as soon as possible.
Access and safety: Follow the access instructions provided and do not allow unauthorised guests to enter.
Cancellations and changes: Please refer to the booking and cancellation policies applicable on Music Traveler.
