Centrally located and easy-to-reach boutique dance school with high quality interior. Our academy offers a 40 sqm main room with mirrored walls, long curtains and a professional sound system. Through small changing room there is a bathroom with toilet attached. (The rear office and kitchenette is not part of the rent)
No smoking or music after 9pm. Take all your belongings with you and leave the amenities in a tidy manner. The rest is common sense :)
