It is fully equipped with drums, guitar cabs, bass cab, PA, microphones, floor monitors, a stage, and stage lightning.
It is the ideal place for shooting "on stage" videos, hosting your first small concerts or celebrating your birthday with a birthday jam-session.
Don't demolish anything, don't spill drinks into electrical gear etc.
As long as you behave decently everything is fine.
